Bayh Humbug

The waiting is almost over. Obama will announce his VP choice tomorrow, I will bet on it being Joe Biden, the socialist from Delaware. Obama should do himself a favor and at least try to get someone is more moderate than socialist. If I were in Obama shoes and shared his ideology of politics, I think I would have to have Indiana Sen. Evan Bayh as a running mate. While I disagree with 90 percent of Bayh's views, he is charismatic enough to get the swing votes from the lack luster moderates who tend to support McCain. In a perfect world I would have liked to have seen Fred Thompson/Ron Paul Republican ticket. As for McCain, he really needs to get the right pick. For most of my conservative colleagues in the collective, we have come to the decision that it will be McCain's VP who will able to ride the waves of conservatism to victory. Alot of talk about Florida Governor Charlie Crist, but he loses the true conservatives vote. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal has garnered attention from the voice of conservatives Rush Limbaugh, who last year did a fantastic story about Gov. Jindal and his absolute Reagenesque ideology. However with the current climate in the world spectrum, Jindal could be a liability for the swing vote. He cannot bring the moderate side of the spectrum, he would only be able to assist McCain to get the hard core conservative vote. Jindal has a proven track record on the issues and has not wavered. You know exactly where Gov. Jindal stands, on the Right!
